Return Policy

At Pocart, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to offer a replacement at no extra cost.
